Refund policy

COLORED CHORDS LLC / ORANGE CHANNEL LLC ORDER POLICIES

COLORED CHORDS LLC / ORANGE CHANNEL LLC WILL PROVIDE FREE TRACKING NUMBERS WITH ALL SHIPMENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RE-SHIPPING.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

  • For prints - please allow 1-3 business days for normal processing and fulfillment. Delivery may take an additional 1-3 business days through USPS.
  • For apparel - please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. Contingent on stock and resources, delivery of garments can take up to 2 weeks. 
  • Additional processing period may be necessary based on inventory availability.
  • All products are processed and shipped in the order they are placed.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, MISSING ITEMS

Returns and Exchanges on Prints

  • Due to the potential of duplication of work, returns and exchanges on prints and posters are generally not permitted.
  • If there is an issue with your poster when it arrives, please reach out to us and we'll work together to find a solution if the situation merits it.

 Returns on Garments

  • If you have receive the correct order and are unsatisfied with the garment, we're happy to accommodate your return request within 3 days of delivery date.
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All garments being returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with roundtrip return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be new, unworn, and in original condition. We will inspect items individually to approve the condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse return shipments that are damaged.

Please email info@coloredchords.com to start your return process if it has been within 3 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges on Garments

  • We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

Store Credit

  • Returns solely in exchange for store credit will be waived of the 15% restocking fee.
  • Store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card to customers after the returned item is accepted.
  • Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with roundtrip return/exchange shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@coloredchords.com
 and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. MOST IMPORTANTLY* a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

Optimal pictures are on a flat surface with the error marked or clearly displayed. We will use the information you provide to help you with your order. 

REFUNDS / CREDIT

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will make a decision on if your return is accepted or declined.
  • This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
  • If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, and that aggregated amount will be returned back to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
